How to use: (2 times weekly minimum, once daily is fine)

Option 1: take a pea sized amount and massage in the smooth skin area in between the underside of the testicular sac and above the anal opening.

Option 2: pea size amount on finger. Place finger about 2-4 inches inside the anal - rectal opening with the pad of your finger pointed up towards your penis. Press up with the pad of the finger and you will find the prostate, about the size and shape of a walnut but softer like tonsil tissue. Massage the prostate.

Option 3: rub pea sized amount of ointment on the sole of each foot at bedtime and after showering in AM. Herbs enter circulation easily through feet and will go where needed. Direct application to the prostate area is always best but feet work well too.
